A smaller workforce would be needed for such labour, meaning less cost to the company.
The app solves a problem in the promoter and marking company relationship. It makes it easier, providing an internal communication between admin and field agents(inventory managers and promoters themselves.)more accurate and less cost-effective to manage promotional events.
The promoter would download the app, registers all information including personal information, head shot, and banking details. Administration from TCC, can open the website and see the info, delegate promotion information where the promoter is working, and what material to collect. Promo day. The app can notify TCC if the promoter is there on time, how long they stayed there and when they left. The promoter can make communication if need be regarding the promotion and send verification pics and or videos.
Currently, all this is done by a supervisor who must drive to various malls each day. The supervisor is there only for a few minutes to take pictures and answer any questions from clients/employees and would leave. That's where the problem arises, once the supervisor leaves, the promoter has the freedom to leave.
