Long term month to month project for full stack laravel and react developer

Because Freelancer does not allow the option to select fixed rate monthly contracts, I will have to put it here in the description. We are not interested in hourly bids (although I know you will have to put the bid in there to reply)
Instead, we just want a simple weekly or monthly bid to work for us as a full stack developer. Our site is built in Laravel 5.8 with react for the front end. We honestly don't have the interest or the time to babysit you in your work. If you know what you are doing we are confident enough to simply pay you through freelancer.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Google map API - Stripe - admin databases - Google snippets - SEO - design - etc. You will look over the site and understand the "flow" from start to finish and be able to advise us on how you think it will perform better.
We will not allow under any circumstances the site to perform worse. We have an explosive site already made and now want someone to enhance its functionality.
