I am looking for a web developer with experience in React and Node OR Laravel to help me develop a new website. The project involves building a job portal that will allow employers to post job openings and job seekers to apply for those jobs.
Design: I have a specific design and wireframe in mind for the website, which I would like the developer to follow.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in React and Laravel OR Node
- Experience in developing new websites from scratch
- Comfortable following design and wireframe specifications
- Familiarity with job portals and their functionality
Main Functionalities:
login/signup -> employer and employee
Employee:
1)registration & profile creation
2)taking mcq and coding assessment which has proctoring
3)getting recommended jobs based on profile matching(preferences & skill assessment passed)
Employer:
1)profile creation
2)job posting
getting recommended candidate from talent pool(employee who passed assessments) based on job details
Administrator panel: To manage hiring process
Overall, I am looking for a skilled web developer who can work with me to bring my vision for the job portal to life.
