We are looking for a Business Development Representative in Staffing firm.
• End to End understanding of recruitment business
• Should have good work experience in getting business for staffing firm for various sectors.
• Target oriented and self-motivated
• Market knowledge of various domain specifically IT/ FMCG/ Finance
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning
• Leads creation via different channels i.e. web, LinkedIn, Upwork,Facebook, Indeed, Guru, Cold calling, employee referral, Sales prospecting etc.
Skills Remuneration:- On commission basis. (Commission will be paid after receiving payment from the Client once candidate gets placed) We offer commission base model and have the potential of paying at least ₹800,000/yr total compensation based on you hitting your goals.
