Civil Discovery and Motions Practice Lawyer

Job Description:

I need a lawyer who can work remotely and help with civil discovery in Washington, DC. I want the lawyer to be licensed in DC and be familiar with the local discovery rules. The case involves probate law as the substantive area. The lawyer must be able to respond to discovery and create discovery requests. The lawyer may be asked to go to court for short hearings. Courtroom work is less than 10% of the assignment. The job will last for about 90 to 120 days.
