C/C++ development on Linux, DPDK, SRIOV & Linux Container.

We have TCP optimized algorithm code written "C". We need to wrap it with DPDK package and optimize the PCI access from multiple VMs under linux. We need to put this in the linux container environment for the customer to integrate it on their linux based server.
For the above project which we can sign up. We need the following skill set.
- Very strong C/C++ programming and debugging skills
- Very strong knowledge of developing code for linux platform
- Have worked with DPDK open source platform
- Have worked with SRIOV platform
- Have worked with Linux Container.
Excellent communication skills in English. Need the developed code for linux.
