linux via /etc/sudoers and sudo for Docker

Need one or more sudoers entry(s) for a user so that person can do docker commands and manage docker but NOT access personal folders. Could be 1 to 3 lines /etc/sudoers and done.

Expecting that you will know docker and setting security on linux via /etc/sudoers and sudo

GOAL: want a normal user to be able to manage docker via sudo

Need this ASAP or basically right now; please don’t bid if you are not ready, it is certain if you know what you are doing this is quick.

Is $10 ok?
