Raspberry Pi sending Wiegand data to Wiegand Door Controller

Job Description:
I have a Raspberry Pi and is connected to a Wiegand Door Controller. RPi from GPIO 20 , 21 and GND to Wiegand Controller Data0, Data1 and GND. I neeed an engineer to help ensure the physical connection is correct and also to write a program to send wiegand output to the Controller. The wiegand output value is to be decrypted from QR code.
