Require A Linux (Ubuntu 12.10) wine expert to install ,Net framework on 64bit server (GUI)

Job Description:

I have installed a fresh version of Ubunto 12.10 server (64) bit and installed with it a GUI - I have also installed wine & winetricks. I have however failed to install any versions of the .Net framework through winetricks - The installation of the framework exits with an error and does not install.

I need an expert to install .Net framework version 4.0 for me.
