I am looking for a freelancer who can help me set up an affordable SMTP relay on my Cpanel server.

The ideal candidate should have experience and expertise in SMTP configuration and email server management. The project is for personal use and I expect a volume of less than 10,000 emails per month.

Please only apply if you can give an example of an affordable SMTP relay service that can be used. We are looking at Email Baby but need someone's actual experience to use the service that will help as emails are not delivering. The server does not send out bulk emails.
