VPS with Cpanel & Engintron has become unstable: Diagnose issue & rectify

I've been using a VPS with good resources happilly for quite some time. Its got Cpanel & we installed Engintron long ago so as we can have NGINX as a reverse proxy. This is an unmanaged server.

Last 24 hours its been going up and doing every 10 or 15 minutes. The hosting company says Cpanel folks wont accept a ticket so long as a 3rd party plugin as Engintron is there. SO I am here on Freelancer to find a person who can diagnose the issue, fix it.

Hosting company provided there hint that it is likely something to do with Engintron on the basis of there observation:

opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/var/log/php-fpm/[login to view URL]

/var/log/apache2/error_log

/var/log/nginx/[login to view URL]

and the number of TCP connection listed by netstat -tap

Your resonsibility:

1. Identify the issue.

2. Rectify it.

3. Update PHP etc for any missing / necessary modules

4. If issue doesnt recur in 48 hours of observation, get payment released from freelancer
