We strongly believe in integrity, teamwork, creativity, independence and collaboration. As the Director of Marketing for Lifetime Branding you will have responsibility for all facets of marketing on behalf of our clients.
In this role you develop the Strategic Vision and the Tactical Expressions needed to deliver on the goals for each of our clients. This includes working with clients to understand what the goal set is and developing the strategy and campaigns that deliver! You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of Client Success, working with the full Lifetime Branding team to revise and refine the strategy and tactics as necessary.
Our #RockStar Director of Marketing will be highly collaborative, experienced, creative, data driven, analytics proficient, and can keep a focus on larger picture for our clients and for our firm.
Lifetime Branding’s Director of Marketing will be a key member of the management team as such you will be working directly with the heads of Creative and Operations.
Our Director of Marketing Will Be Able To:
• Develop overall client strategy
• Work with cross-functional team to build project plans and creative briefs that clearly articulate what is needed on behalf of the client
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop the channels and campaigns needed to deliver on the client goal set
• Execute and guide campaigns through their entire life-cycle – planning, implementation, measurement monitoring, optimization, (rinse and repeat)
• Analyze campaign data & optimize towards maximum performance and ROI for the client
• Identify company gaps in customer offering
• Continuously optimize our marketing efforts for performance
• Keep pace with Marketing industry trends and developments
• Identify marketing intelligence insights to drive optimization for clients
• Develop client facing reports, presentations, and deliverables that clearly and consciously inform the client of progress, next steps, and future expectations
• Maintain constant, transparent, open and proactive communication with internal and external teams
Our Director of Marketing Will Have:
• 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• Analytical thinker- always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up
• Knowledge of direct response marketing, e-commerce and email best practices, CAN-SPAM laws, A/B or Multi-variate/Design of Experiments testing
• Familiarity or experience with Account-Based Marketing, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation and associated tools
• An understanding or experience running Amazon Marketing Services
• Data-Driven mindset and deep understanding of data analysis and performance analytics
• Thorough understanding and experience in online marketing, including PPC, content management, search, and social media
• Advanced Microsoft & Google Docs skills
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to function both independently and as part of a team
