finish my logo

I have drawn a rough logo. I would like someone to finish it. I'm open to ideas. the main thing is it needs to be super "earthy". This is a natural building school. As in we build houses with mud, straw and sand. My main brand colors I'm thinking of using are shades of brown, and green and blue - like the earth. Mostly this will be on some sort of brown background so blue and green - think water and plants - could be good.
I would like a distinct "edge" on it as this is the name of the company. I won't go into the concept of "edge" but this should have an edge, or an outline.
Also I think the text "Online Natural Building School" should be lower case unlike the image I provided.
I'll need a version that does not have the above text for small format as well. Actually one of the things I've struggled with is what to do with this text. I settled on putting it where I put it but it won't work in small format as it's too small to read. I would also like some ideas on how to incorporate the phrase 'online natural building school' into this. Maybe it shouldn't be in the actual logo at all but should be a separate, large format element underneath it or off to the right. I don't know. I'm not a graphic designer. I just came up with this and I'd like it to look professional. Thanks!
Also, please take my drawing and feel free to redraw it and perfect the shape of it using professional drawing skills/fonts, etc. I just did this with a marker. I think the squiggle crowds the first 'e'. I'm not an artist!
