Logo for my child's cancer

Job Description:
My son (4 years old) has AML (blood cancer) and I have a logo I would like designed that I would be able to put on a shirt and such to help raise money and support for him.
It is a racetrack loop that will look like the cancer ribbon. I would like it orange since that is the leukemia colors for cancer but I understand that it cannot look too much like hot wheel's. I was thinking of tire tracks behind a little car that is on the track to show that he is in the progress to beating his race/cancer.
I apologize for the not so good image reference I provided; I would like the track centered not at an angle like the photo.
