Need a graphic designer who is creative and has good examples of it to create a badge for my website. The badge is something that healthcare providers will display on their website. There are some examples/a wireframe that also has the logo here: [login to view URL]
This needs to be clean, original, attractive, and be similar to the badge examples here:

I do not want you to make it exactly like my wireframe example but to include the features I did. You should use colors and looks like the logo though.
I need three examples, I will choose one to perfect. I get two rounds of edits after choosing the one from the three. Then you provide me with the .jpg, .png, .svg, the .es file, and any source files for editing the logo in whatever program you used.
