Updating our Logo and providing copies for various uses

We need to update our logo to change it for "BEACON for Adult Literacy"" (old Logo) to "BEACON for English Language & Literacy" I have attached the old logo and a the temp new logo, which we are using until we can get it cleaned up by a professional. We need to have versions of the new logo that are suitable for use online, in print, and social media. We would also like to have a "transparent" version of the logo with no background to us on t-shirts and other items.
