Fix electron app not unpacking on other devices

Job Description:
I have an application developed in Electron specifically for Mac OS, and I use electron-builder to codesign it and generate a disk image that can be used to install the app on other macs. Since the big sur update however, running the installer on any other mac gives errors related to installer/app being broken, or just weird permissions error.
Anyone experienced with electron & codesign specifically for mac, and also should own a Mac with Big Sur as the OS may apply if you know how to solve this problem.
