Magento Database Consultant/ Part Time/ Freelancer

Job Description:
I am looking for a Magento Database Consultant to help with a project. I do not have an existing Magento database, and am looking for a MySQL database specifically. The consultant should be knowledgeable and experienced with both Magento and MySQL, and be able to provide consultation, setup, and design.
-Reorganize the database for mobile app and web app application.
-Make the database 3NF compliant or higher
-Coordinate with development staff to implement as necessary
-Carry out periodic database maintenance to prevent:
-Breaking of the database
-Overload and slow down in response
-Unusual behavior of the database and Attack by hackers
-Carry out periodic services for the users including:
-Regular backup and Restore
-Cleaning up of redundant or garbled data
-Notify maintenance periods when the database will not be available
-Run tests and samples and keep audit trails
Software updates:
-Keep the database version updated
-Run sample queries before the update
-Check the functioning after the update
-Ensure that updates are breaking the functioning of the database
