This part of the project will require you to establish documentation standards. Specifically, you will be required to:
Identify your organisation’s requirements for information entry, storage, output, and quality of document design and production
Evaluate your organisation’s present and future information technology capability
Identify types of documents used and required by your organisation
Establish documentation standards and design tasks for organisational documents
Access the Bounce Fitness requirements relevant to the production of workplace documentation. These must include the following: Information requirements, Technology, Budget
Consider whether the: Documentation standards & Design tasks
relevant to the documentation identified in IT Capability Evaluation Form (attached), meet the requirements accessed in the step above. Use the Documentation Standards and Design Tasks Assessment form to record your assessment, it can be found attached.
Consider the outcome of your assessment of the relevant documentation standards and design tasks against your organisation’s requirements. Confirm your findings with your supervisor through email.
Raise any concerns or issues you find, where applicable. Ensure that any conflicts between the organisational requirements and documentation standards and design tasks are addressed.
Document the outcome of your discussion with your supervisor in the Documentation Standards and Design Tasks Assessment form. You must also submit evidence of email confirmation with your supervisor. The evidence you submit must:
Demonstrate that you were able to use language appropriate to the recipient and the purpose of the email
Include your supervisor’s reply
Submit the following:

Evidence of the email confirmation with the supervisor
