The ideal candidate is experienced in customer service, with knowledge of digital support best practices. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring professional e-commerce operations. We run many different online platforms and channels to conduct sales directly to consumers. Examples of some platforms we use are Amazon, eBay, Back Market, etc.
We specialize in selling pre-owned and used consumer electronics, mainly iPhones, directly to consumers all around the world.
We are looking for a customer support specialist who is able to meet the following job requirements:
• Answering customer inquiries on orders, products, etc.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, shipments, account statuses, and relevant problems
• Assist and analyze product stock information
• Respond to customer emails pertaining to orders and specific requests to ensure excellent service and customer experience
• Respond to eBay, Amazon, etc. order inquiries
