This role will include following..
>> Market mapping
Collecting data through business websites and industrial journals to analyze market potential.
Researching Green Field (New Companies Investments) and Brown Fields (Expansion Plans).
Connecting with the CEOs, Head HRs and decision makers.
Market research and competition mapping.
>> New Client Acquisition :
Establishing connects with Strategic level Executives (Director-HR, Head HR) and Senior management of the target industry sector.
Meeting and presenting business plans to create a win-win model.
In the case of a new client's acquisition Company agrees to pay flat 20% or 30% of the invoice value for the fulfillment of first resource requirement closed by the Company( If offered candidate leaves before or during replacement period, company is not liable to pay anything.).In that case, next fulfilled position would be considered.
