email server for sending upto 1 million emails per day

Hello,

We are looking for a Server/ Email Server provider which can allow us to send upto a million emails per day. Goos server configuration (hardware specs) with multiple rotating IPs is a must. It can be on PMTA or Postfix etc - as long as it allows to send a million each day.

We will be using a customized version of IEM so you only need to provide Server and IPs with contract based maintenance. In your bid, please provide the following: server hardware specs, number of IPs (all should be whitelisted initially), Postfix or PMTA based and Server's location.

Looking for someone who can provide multiple servers without any delays.
