Business Development Manager / Sales -Inbound and Outbound

Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager

Job Description Neesh Outsourcing is an Australian business who offers virtual assistant services to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We are looking for several new team members to join our growing team who are based in Manila and some areas of the Phillipenes.

As part of our team, you are a self-starter who is autonomous and treats your contractor role with energy and enthusiasm as an integral team member along with our other amazing members who work from home.

We are currently looking for new team members to be our Business Development and Sales Manager for a client selling coaching services and event tickets (and a bit more).

Previous and proven sales experience is a must, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.

Ideally, you will make 20-60 connects per day offering to help, trouble shoot, upskill, upgrade, upsell, upsell help existing and new clients.

You must be fine in front of a webcam, with an excellent microphone for our meetings.

Fluent conversational English is a must - very important.

As you learn this role, there are opportunities to grow into new roles and responsibilities.

Previous Experience We are ideally seeking team members with previous Sales / BDM and customer service experience in multinational and international companies with results.

Australian spelling (not USA ie colour not color)

Strong attention to detail

Roles Use Hubspot, G-Suite

Liaise with clients

Connect via Phone, video , sms email clients each day

Work through a database to introduce new clients to our clients

Receive emails and messages from clients

Sell subscrition packages and event tickets

Sell training sessions and consulting packages

Onboard new clients

Grow and build rapport client base

Ask questions

Fast accurate typing

Update client trackers

Update internal time tracker and time doctor

The role is growing and new tasks are added

Salary is subject to experience (subject to role and experience), plus commission on successful performance. - Subject to skill set. We can do a good hourly rate + low commission or low hourly and high commission etc. Happy to discuss with the right candidate.

OTE is uncapped
