I need to adapt the predator-prey model in Matlab, python, or other software of your preference.
The model should have three variables :
The predator, the prey, and the food or energy booster for the predator.
The model should have three parts : (We start the analysis on time zero - part 1 analyses the past six months, part 2 the next six months, and part 3 a theoretical data set.)
Part 1: Learning the actual situation - based on the historical data - The model should understand the relation between the variables. How many predators for how many preys? What is the food level? what is the balance between the three variables? - The input is the level of predators, prey, and food.
Part 2: Simulating the new situation. Based on the historical data, use the predator data to predict the future preys and food situation. - The input is the level of predators - and the output: the level of prey and food.
Part 3: Playing with the simulator. Input the desirable level of prey and food. The simulator returns the necessary amount of predators. - Input: Average of food OR average of preys. Output, the behavior of the predator until desired inputs.
Notes: If not Matlab or excel, it should be open-source software.
I ask for one meeting to get to know each other and establish the deadlines before any agreement. Once we are ok with the project and price, other three meetings during the work :
The first meeting to understand the model better - One hour max to discuss details and questions.
The second is to see the first version of the final model and make adjustments.
And the final meeting to provide all the code and general details.
My budget is 300USD.
