Optimise geometry of rotating valves for an open source ventilator project

I have a design for controlling the timing and duration of flows to and from a patient from a ventilator. Behind these four thin rotatable disks is a turning disk with a quarter pie shaped hole. The disk rotates from a high pressure side (inhale) to a low pressure side (exhale) and these four disks can be rotated to control the timing and duration of each side. They should not be symetrical since inhalation (aspiration) is short and fast, slight pause, and then slower exhale (expiration.) Change the holes of the four disks to give the best range based on normal breathing on a ventilator (lots of resources attached and online.)

I also want you to simulate the flow and back pressure based on 100 litres per minute at a pressure of 50cmH2O and assuming a 2 meter 22mm CPAP hose and a 40mm valve disk diameter calculate the pressure drop through the small restricted opening of the short aspiration stage.

Assume 1mm thick steel disks will be cut leaving sufficient material in the middle to support the disks on the central shaft. The disks will be rotated in pairs, one pair for aspiration, one for expiration.
