Design of 3 phase 3 level SVPWM based VFD

Job Description:

Embedded Design, simulation and testing support for 3 phase, 3 level, NPC direct Torque control with V/F control VFD with SVPWM algorithm. The input is 2 x 415V, 3 Ph, 50Hz AC input to rectifier unit as input to VFD. The rectifier will make 650V DC bus link voltage. Then 650V v DC bus will give input to a 3 Ph, 3 level, NPC Inverter drive. The rectifier should be with MOSFET based and Inverter should IGBT based. The micro-controller should be model for dsPIC33fj32MC204 or better. The freelancer needs to provide schematic, micro controller code, BOM and testing support during my testing of the product.
