Create BRD, SRS, and FRD based on the functionality of a Microsoft Access application

I currently have a Microsoft Access application (front and backend databases) that I want used as the basis for creating a Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and a Functional Specification Document. I want to use the created documents to commission the building of a dynamic website with a database backend. The Access backend database has about 30 tables and 15 queries. The frontend database has 125+ queries, 45+ forms including sub forms and navigation capabilities, 35+ reports (some are similar but with variants in total count), and multiple complex VBA modules that handle the logic, which will need to be documented and appropriate logic and work process flowcharts created. I will provide both the front and backend databases with sample data to help gain an understanding of the current functionality for documentation to the selected freelancer.
