hrm software modifications of existing environment

Job Description:
The following changes are required to be made to orange hrm system already currently installed, and already full of information. The software has been used by our company for about a year, and as of today we need the addition of these functions: Ability to report for each employee, and for each month and year of : Days Worked; Vacations Used and Remaining; Leave used and remaining; Possibility to do export of hours worked on each project for each employee (report for each month and year); Possibility to Upload pdf files for each employee ( by manager) for payroll and year-end single certification; Travel notes: a section within which the employee can add what travel he/she did and any expenses incurred ( possibility to attach pdf for receipts/receipts)
I provide access data from web interface and database; VERY IMPORTANT: REQUIRED TOTAL INDEPENDENCE IN MANAGING ALL WORK FLOW, AND RESPECT FOR ESTABLISHED TIMES
to summarize the changes and functions to be added to the new system concern:Need to add these changes in OrangeHR. New Report Addition:
1. Days Worked Employee Wise, Month & Year Wise.
2. Vacations of Year, Used and Remaining Employee Wise.
3. Leaves opening for the Year, Used and Remaing
4. Export Option in Sr.1
5. In Employee Profile option of Uplod files/Documents.
6. Travel Notes with Expense and Documents as proof.
