Proximate Repair Database

I need to develop a simple Microsoft access database to track the lifecycle of a number of (similar) products I make. There be a 'master' table for the product (date of manufacture, F/W, PCB Ver etc). A Table for repairs done (see attached outline)

I have an extensive 'repair log' in excel and I will want to 'pivot' the data in that into the new format - then add to that going forward.

The purpose of this database is primarily to track repairs (these products are used in a harsh environment and are often repaired several times during there (long) life. I need to be able to report on each product / repair.

I also want to keep the data entry forms simple and convenient to use.

I need someone who speak english well (don't care about ethnicity otherwise) - I also need someone is a reasonably compatible time zone (Australia) - Last freelancer I used was in India and that was a problem coordinating conversations.
