Our business sells directly to executives in the pharmaceutical industry in countries around the globe. We currently manage our projects and contacts out of excel and Asana and would like to move into a CRM platform.
To do this, we are looking for someone experienced with a CRM to analyze our sales process and assist in implementing a CRM solution that automates and streamlines a significant portion of our sales process, provides task management for the account management phase, and has reporting features for analytics and tracking.
We have a detailed scope of work that outlines our sales process, the tasks we would like to automate, and the reporting we need.
Our team is currently moving to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We have used Hubspot in the past but our sales model is primarily an outbound model and Hubspot lacks features that we require and we were not able to successfully implement it into our process.
A successful contractor in this role will work with us to understand our sales process, understand our automation and reporting goals, assist in setting up a CRM platform, provide onboarding and training to our team, and be available for ongoing support and expansion.
Our team is small, our sales model is straightforward, and my hope is that this should be a fairly straightforward role.
