Need an expert who is intimately familiar with Microsoft Teams
Overarching problem is i am not part of the organization but need to run a team for them. An internal person (their HR wellness expert) can send out the invites to meetings--and add me to the team--but not sure if I can be a part of the organization???? It seems like if you aren't a part of the team--but rather a guest--there is limited participation capacity in the meetings.
For a group meeting of around 30 people I need to set up:
Channels and tabs for 8 different topics
Use the Klaxoon app or another one like it for brainstorming
Share music autdio from iTunes
Use the whiteboard function
Have people split up into groups of 3 or 4 participant and discuss a question--then be able to put their group's answser up on a white board
Use the group chat function during the meeting to respond to my questions or use an emoji/gif response
Upload and share files as handouts
Calendar tab on the left isn't showing up--I only have a meeting tab--need to set up outlook and sync it with teams so I can send out calendar invites to the group.
For individual meetings:
Need to be able to create 30 individual teams with the same channel and tabs (so same content in each team) so I can do all of the above in one on one meetings with participants.
