Build me an app for tree planting club

Job Description:
Members will be encouraged to plant a tree or to sponsor a tree plant every year.
How will it work?
1. They will register, create an account and their profile, then based on their location (geolocated). They will receive information on the nearest organization that deals with deforestation or the one that is dealing with tree planting. Not only that, but they'll have 3 choices:
a) Go to the nearest organization, get the necessary information, plant a tree and document it with video and or pictures to be uploaded on the app.
b) Plant a tree by themselves in their backyard, neighbourhood, or anywhere they are authorized by their local authorities, document it with video and or pictures to be uploaded on the app and profile or
c) they may choose to make a donation and a tree will be planted on their behalf, documented proof (video and pictures will be sent to them for them to upload them into the app and their profile).
2. We will have an in-app virtual forest that I call (Planet Pi) where each planted tree will be represented with a virtual tree and the name or the member username who planted or sponsored the tree will be mentioned.
3. The app should be able to accept donations, in normal currencies (Fiat) and Cryptocurrency.
4. The app should be able to run ads
5. The app must be in both iOS and android, a Hybrid app may be considered after clarification with the developer
