Job Description:
Please read the whole discription before you bid. I want an app made for both iOS and android. it is an audio recording app that needs to save the past 15 seconds of audio every time you press the button. i want a website built, use Dropbox's API and make the app send the user notifications to their phone.
The very most i will pay for this project is $2,000. i will not respond to any bids that are higher that 2k. some one that has great experience in audio manipulation can do this easily.
