Music and other info tracking in a backgroud running service

I want app for iphone and android the only function of these apps is to track some information from the mobile.

User have to sign in and do nothing else.

The app should run in background and track these informations when a song starts playing or is changed:

All music info like(song name, artist, album, year, genre, play count and what else is available).

GPS Location: Street, City, Country

Weather info in Celsius and info like dry/raining/snow, wind speed (make use of some api like [login to view URL])

Traffic info if user has moved certain meters since previous song/location from gps: maybe use of google traffic api / Status: Green yellow red
