I need an Android app in ionic v1 framework. I already have a design in mind as below, I just need it to be built , no need tp worry abbout the design theme

want to have one file browser in ionic framework

I can use drop down list ([url removed, login to view] page) to select the image / video / etc

based on selection , the ionic list should be update and preview the corresponding item (image/video etc) from local storage

also at the end I need a small document for functions used or plugin which are used for code understanding
