Job Description:

I am looking to create an anonymous friendship app for lonely kids in school.

The idea is for pupils to register their particular school on the app and anonymously send out friendship requests to other kids in the same situation. This would enable a type of 'amalgamation' of all the school's misfits to form an "inner-network" within the school - so they may create their own clubs or hangouts amongst themselves.

I thought of simply calling the app "amalgamate" and the idea would be to make friends in the dark without fear of rejection.

The anonymity would be based upon users having just a m/f avatar with their age, and the rest would be a randomised username. So a 13 year old boy would show up as something like this : (M)13-JUYTR

These usernames would link together within that school's inner-network to discuss and form gatherings. Only upon friendships being made will the identity of that username be revealed.

Could you give me an idea of costs and technical feasibility for an app like this?
