We need an application that can communicate with Microsoft 365 online. It will be used for tracing the site operator's work and the amount of material used.
The application will be run on Android devices at the first stage. We want to trace the site operator's work daily. They are using some materials for their work and with this application total material usage will be reported for each operator.
Basically, there should be an admin panel which only usable for the chief. On the admin panel chief should be able to assign a job to operators. If a job assigned to an operator, the operator should be able to select and enter this job from the drop-down list. The application should take all information about the job from an excel sheet that existing on Microsoft365.
After the job assignment stage, the operator will insert the information about the daily job. There should be a material drop-down list, unit, amount of use, and date which are mandatory. All these daily reports should be stored on an excel sheet on Microsoft365. For every job, only 1 excel documents should be created for reporting. We want to view operators' daily work and usage on these excel documents by jobs.
