I want to create a MMO 2D strategy game as the concept below: users start the game with a general and 1 slot of soldiers. Then, they will move around the world map to fight with another players and conquer the villages, castles and towns to get experience and other resources (gold, food, wood, and stone). The general and the soldiers can be upgraded when they have experience and they will have characteristic as below:
I. General characteristic:
1. Economic: the higher economic, the lower gold required when upgrade soldier.
2. Strategic: can increase the number of army slot available.
3. Intelligent: the "more intelligent" in controlling his army in auto-combat.
4. Politics: the higher politics, the more chance to recruit a hero to lead the army (add more strengths to the army)
II. Soldiers characteristic: the soldiers will have 3 clashes: Lancers will opposite the Calvary, Calvary will opposite the Bows, and the Bows will opposite Lancers.
1. Strength: for Lancers, the more strength, lancer will be stronger.
2. Agility: for Bow, the more agility, the Bow will be stronger.
3. Speed: for Calvary, the more strength, the Calvary will be stronger.
4. Stamina/ or the number of soldier in each slot.
When the users offline, they will camp and can be attack by the other player. Users can be attacked by the others whose level can not be different by -3/+3. After being attacked, the winner will get more experience to upgrade their army, the loser get lesser experience plus losing army stamina. Then, the users who are attacked will go under "cold period" which can not be attack again.
When the users conquered a village, castle or town, they can get gold rewards be period, they can have blacksmith to upgrade army items, they can have pub to recruit hero. When the village, castle or town under attack, they also have "cold period" to prevent being attacked again if they win, or lose the village, castle or town to the winners. The village, castle or town needs resource to be re-build after being attacked.
The users can form alliance with the others. In this case, the alliance members can share the income of resource. In return, the members army in the alliance can be used when the village, castle or town being attacked while the main keeper army stamina is under recover.
