Mobile Application for Emergency Plumbing

I’m looking to build a simple mobile app.

It’s related to emergency plumbing services, mainly we give customers an offer to pay 15 monthly.

The customers must be capable of:

- Sign up

- Add personal information

- Add Bank details for monthly direct debits, meaning by that the amount 15£ would be deducted automatically each month from the customer bank.

- Subscribe/Unsbscribe

- Showing all the service

There should be admin login as well to check the following:

- Adding customer info and his bank details on behalf of him and being able to give him login credentials to his account.

- Adding emergency service done for a certain customer

- View all the customers and there subscriptions

- Cancelling subscription for customers (in case they requested to)

- Changing personal information or bank details of a certain customer

There is a limit of 3 emergencies each month, this should be configurable in the admin section along with the monthly payment (15/20).

We must consider multiple admins, meaning by that an admin for business X having his own customers and there’s another admin having business Y and his customers as well.

- For excepting the payments, this should be done in a process running on a server and nothing to do with app store or play store payments.

- The application must be compliant to all regulations globally and the UK (GDPR).

- The currency to be used is GBP

- English Language for sure.
