1) Field Sales Management system: Since pharmacy sales is all based on personal selling and is personal driven in nature therefore effective sales reporting of the day to day activities holds the key as medical representatives forms the backbone of any pharma concern. Our have a 3 layered hierarchy of sales, lead by Head of Sales, total sales force comprises of 957 employees (head count). They are divided into 7 business portfolios like gynecologist, paediatrics etc. They need an effective sales reporting system to track the complete activity chart of a medical rep, which at the moment is subjective in nature, the Daily visit reports and daily planning reports are all maintained in pen and paper. There is no precise measure to track the activities and performance on objective basis. Just like in retail industry the activities of order boookers are now easy traceable and subjective measure of each KPI is available.
2) Tracking on latitude and longtitudes, Geo mapping and geo tagging. Also we need a track of resources like fuel, car mantainance which these reps2are dispensed with ie how much fuel is being used in a day as these pilferages are observed in the field.
3) Lastly, BI based Sales Analysis of current and past performance, seasonal trends etc.
