Sprinter Auto Timer

I would like to Create an app for my self which will help me in my Sport.

scope: start the time Automatic after 3 beebs and automatic stop one when someone pass by the camera.

for example: in Athletics for the 100 meters.. the referee says ( on your marks --> Get Set --> then he Bang and the time will start automatic, on the end of the 100 meters there is a sensor that catch who pass it.

so what i want to make is, the beebs is the Referee and the sensor is the camera. ones the 3rd beebs is on the time start and anyone pass the camera record the time.

Technical: The Mobile would be set at the end of the race and a speakers connected by Bluetooth or wireless for the people in the race.
