I am looking for a freelancer who can enhance the character encoding functionality in jsPDF for multilingual support in my .NET 6 (MVC) application as I am currently engaged in a project that involves a .NET 6 (MVC) application, where we are implementing a feature utilizing jsPDF to generate PDF certificates. Our application is designed to support 10 different cultures, making multilingual support an imperative feature to ensure inclusivity and global accessibility.
Presently, we’ve encountered a limitation where jsPDF exhibits constraints in rendering non-Latin characters, specifically, it is currently confined to processing English characters effectively. This poses a challenge as we aim to provide certificates in various languages, including complex character sets such as Arabic and Chinese.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of jsPDF and its functionality
- Experience in working with character encoding and multilingual support
- Proficiency in .NET 6 and MVC framework
- Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end development
