Hi. Our company has a fairly complex API which is currently set-up as multiple virtual servers where each server contains the web-facing code and it's own copy of the database. We're looking replace this model with something more easily scalable, and more efficient.
I've done some research, and I think ProxySQL is what we're looking for. Among the ProxySQL features I'd like to take advantage of are:
1. Load balancing
2. Routing SQL queries based on query type, and whether they are read-only or write.
3. monitoring and failover of webservers / database servers
4. Query caching
6. Other features which we don't realize we need
So we're looking for somebody to help us set-up ProxySQL, and help us understand what we need to do to migrate our current model with one that fits nicely with ProxySQL. We have engineers which can do all or most of the programming work, but we need guidance on what needs to be done.
