Job Description:
Business is newly integrated into NetSuite, with basic SuiteCommerce site setup at integration.
Priorities include:
1. Improving account customer UX by:
a. Allowing multiple pages of outstanding invoices to be paid at once (currently, only 10 or 1 page can be selected, resulting in multiple payments)
b. Allowing products to be favorited for easy re-order
c. Showing CSP and volume pricing
2. Improving searchability by attributes including:
(Specific to available attributes)
a. Brand
b. Size
c. Color
d. Style
e. Stock availability at home branch
3. Building out product listing guidelines for simple product onboarding
Timeline: continuous improvement over next 3-6 months
Resources: BA to write stories, SME from business
