Network Engineer for VPN Connection

Hi We are looking for some networking expert who has lots of knowledge in the following:
------------ Testing ---------------------
Site to Site VPN between two sites.
Site A to be configured to accept VPN connects from other Site(s) (Example Site B).
This we are doing it for testing only
Once this is succssfull then we will configure it for production.
--------------- Production --------------------------
In production Site C which will accept the VPN requets is already configured and is in use.
Now we will connect Site B to Site C same way site A was connect to Site B.
Site C ( already configured) and Site B (to be configured).
Configuration to be done on Site B pix firewall ONLY.
All information like IPv4 address and IKEV2 preshared keys etc. will be given by Site C company which will initiate the tunnel with Site B.
