Position: IT support engineer
Timing: Monday to Friday (8 A.M to 5 P.M) EST
• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot software issues, and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
• Identify, prioritize, and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, software installations.
• Ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, system configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.
• Must have remote work experience 1 to 2 years.
• Excellent English-speaking skills
• Experience with ticketing platforms
