Shopify App with Nodejs -- 2

Hello,

I need a Shopify app developer to create a simple app for Shopify that displays a banner with a date setting that can be configured with the shopify admin and has 2 App Pricings (Free, 10$). Focus of the App is the Backend with the Payment, Storage of Multiple Banners, and Polaris Backend in Shopify.

Following Features have to be implemented:

[ ] Banner which automatically injects in theme that displays the banner (simple fixed banner with a text and close button)

[ ] Multiple Banners can be created and are stored in DB. Each with own configrations "page" with text, date, on/off

[ ] Banner Settings: Bannername, On/off (radio button) and Time Period (text field 1: dd-MM-YYYY, text field 2: dd-MM-YYYY) and Text the banner displays (text field)

[ ] Interaction: Banner can be closed. Store in cookie that the banner is closed and should not be shown again (save cookie with "banner-id" )

Technical requirements:

[ ] Node.js (Banner Data in postgresql) + React + Polaris Backend

[ ] Billing API for App Fees

[ ] Visitor Interaction is stored in a Cookie (no saving in DB)

[ ] If possible with docker (docker compose) so the app can be tested
