Build Docker Container - Docker-Expert required

We already have old project which is based on angular 1.0 frontend and Node backend and it's available to run with docker container.
I would like to build new project using angular 11 and old Node backend.
So I would like to get help to create docker file to run this new project.
You can refer old dockerfile if you want.
After run this project with docker, it should be possible to trigger one API from new frontend to old backend.
Note: We are working on Windows system, so we really need a Docker pro developer
