Looking for long term developer

We are looking for a long term full stack MEVN(MongoDB Express, VueJs, NodeJS) engineer.

This is a long term project that started 3 years ago.

We are looking to bring one more engineer on board.

We are 6 developers at the moment and looking for the 7th to join our team.

All people are working remotely from different countries.

We use Kanban and our very own e2e s[ecofocatopms. We test everything with testcafe based on the e2e specs that are written in a way that can be approved by business and developed by developers.

We run our app on google kubernetes.

Everybody gets a monthly payment that is pre-agreed before you start working with us.

We work in very flexible time and meet daily only as needed, use chat heavily.

Two weeks vacation in the first year but truly since you are the owner of your time this could be way more depending on your effectiveness at programming. We have statistics that show how long each minimal marketable feature (MMF) should take and we are all super excited to "get it done" rather than "looking at how much you work or at what time or from what place you work".
