Need a simple, updatable, Node-Red GUI

We are running a simple Node-Red program and would like a better user interface that we can update easily. The program is running on a Raspberry Pi and is controlled by a small color touchscreen. When you make your selection from the database of actions on the touchscreen - the action happens. Right now it's all text. The programming works but we can't figure out how to make a GUI for it.

I'd like to be able to load in:

1. An swappable graphic image for the stand-by/start screen. - Only one interaction - start

2. An easily updatable side-to-side scrolling carousel of images tied to each action. One slide - One action.

We have about 20 entries currently and will want to easily be able to add about 30 more over time.
